Tell us some curious anecdote that happened to you this year: When I got off the bike in the Vitoria triathlon, which was third, I thought that in the running race, many girls were going to pass me, after maternity for me it was a reunion again with the full distance since in 2012 I did the Ironman of Lanzarote and in 2015 I tried again to do my second Ironman, I had trained very well because of the respect I have for the distance, when the whole city supported me and yelled at me, excited entering the goal, I did not give credit to what I It was happening to me, I had enjoyed it very much despite what you are suffering, the illusions if you fight for them with willpower and work become reality.

Preferred Rival: (Who do you most like to compete with?) With myself, improve each day a little more, without forgetting to enjoy what I do.

Tips to improve swimming: Improve swimming technique, strength work in the gym and training.

Tips to improve cycling: To improve on the bike I think it is a very good tool to train for watios something new for me this year.

Tips to improve the race on foot: In the race on foot changes of rhythms and series.

Triathlon that you have not been able to run yet and would like to participate sometime: I have no preferences for doing any, the ones I wanted to do, I've already done them, but I want to repeat them.
