Tips to face great depth walking:

- Take a good recuperator within the 30 minutes after finishing the stage.

- In this type of tests it is necessary to load the body well with a big breakfast, trying to ingest the maximum of vitamins, proteins and hydrates always several hours before the race.

- An important factor is to drink a lot and eat something every 20-30 minutes.

- Not wanting to go at a rate above that of each one. Avoid unnecessary "spikes", because it is a long test and you have to get to the last miles. Only this way is it possible to enjoy or else we will not want to participate in anything similar

- Perform a good massage to drain and loosen the muscles.

- After the stage, rest as much as possible and sleep well.
