The "CORE", the KM0 of your body

The strategic point on which to lay the foundations of our training to define our sporting achievements or in the "fitness"

Our collaborator COMPEX tells us how to strengthen the core with its FIT 5.0 models

What is this? It is what we all think when monitors or coaches talk to us about the importance of strengthening the "core" for a better training or development of our activities, both sports and everyday.

The word "Core" comes from English and means "core" or also known as "abdominal waist", and which is made up of a series of muscles: abdominals, buttocks and lower back. A good core job is the key to achieving better balance and stability, preventing injuries, acquiring a better body attitude as well as reducing energy expenditure and joint pain.

Being aware of the importance of caring for our "Core" and not only thinking about aesthetic purposes, but also health, COMPEX has prepared for you a specific protocol to strengthen this area so "unknown and undervalued" very simply and with little effort. ”, So that we establish the appropriate bases in our body, at the muscular level, preventing injuries and maximizing our performance and well-being.
