North South Skechers Training: 2 Week

2 Week of the Training Plan to prepare the mythical duel Madrid Norte Sur by Skechers

We continue with the training plan of 6 weeks to prepare the mythical duel Madrid North South by Skechers!

Now it's time for the second week of training that you keep preparing the test that will be played June 16 days

You need to have a previous training base, since the goal is to get down the hour.

TRAINING PLAN 10 km WEEK 2

DAY TRAINING
MONDAY 10 'gentle warm-up run

10 'technique *

10 slopes of 100m with slight unevenness: progressive ascents, gentle descents

10 'smooth stroke to drop

WEDNESDAY 15 'gentle warm-up run

· 4x (200/30 ”+ 400/1 '+ 800 / 1'30”) start at a comfortable pace and try to double the beat

5 'smooth stroke to drop

THURSDAY Strength training circuit: 2 laps without pause (see image)
FRIDAY Rest
SATURDAY 40 'race continues to start the 10 first minutes at a softer pace
SUNDAY Rest
Career rhythms Z1 = very soft (heat / release)

Z2 = soft / comfortable (e.g .: technique rhythm)

z3=medium/moderate (“it stings but I can hold on”)

z4 = strong/intense (“I am suffering”)

z5= very intense/maximum (“I can't even talk”)

Compe rhythm = rhythm that you will carry on the day of the competition
