North South Skechers Training: 4 Week

We continue with the fourth week of training

We continue with the training plan of 6 weeks to prepare the mythical duel Madrid North South by Skechers!

Now touch the fourth week of workouts that you continue preparing the test that will be played on the 16 day of June

DAY TRAINING
MONDAY 10 'gentle warm-up run

· 10x50m / 20 ”alternating: 2 progressive, 2 regressive

· Slopes of 50m and steep unevenness, alternate: 10 fast ascents with gentle descent + 5 'smooth run. Repeat all 2 times

· To stretch

WEDNESDAY 60 'race continues to start the 10 first minutes at a softer pace
THURSDAY Rest
FRIDAY 15 'gentle warm-up run

6 × 1000/1 'competition pace

5 'smooth stroke to drop

SATURDAY Rest
SUNDAY Strength training circuit: 3 laps without pause (see image)
Career rhythms Z1 = very soft (heat / release)

Z2 = soft / comfortable (e.g .: technique rhythm)

z3=medium/moderate (“it stings but I can hold on”)

z4 = strong/intense (“I am suffering”)

z5= very intense/maximum (“I can't even talk”)

Compe rhythm = rhythm that you will carry on the day of the competition
