We continue with the fourth week of training

We continue with the 6-week training plan to prepare for the legendary duel Madrid North South by Skechers!

Now touch the fourth week of workouts that you continue preparing the test that will be held on June 16

DAY TRAINING
MONDAY · 10 'smooth warm-up stroke

· 10x50m / 20 ”alternating: 2 progressive, 2 regressive

· 50m slopes and steep incline, alternate: 10 fast climbs with a smooth descent + 5 'smooth run. Repeat everything 2 times

· To stretch

WEDNESDAY 60 'race continues starting the first 10 minutes at a slower pace
THURSDAY Rest
FRIDAY · 15 'smooth warm-up stroke

· 6 × 1000/1 'competition rhythm

· 5 'smooth stroke to release

SATURDAY Rest
SUNDAY Force training in circuit: 3 turns without pause (see image)
Career rhythms Z1 = very soft (heat / drop)

· Z2 = soft / comfortable (Ex: technique rhythm)

· Z3 = medium / moderate ("it itches but I hold it")

· Z4 = strong / intense ("I am suffering")

· Z5 = very intense / maximum ("I can't even speak")

· Competition rhythm = rhythm that you will carry on the day of the competition
