North South Skechers Training: 6 Week

We continue with the sixth and final week of the training plan for the Madrid Norte Sur by Skechers

We finished this week with the training plan of 6 weeks to prepare the mythical duel Madrid North South by Skechers!

Now touch the sixth week of training that you continue preparing the test that will be played on the 16 day of June

MONDAY · 10 'warming up race

· 8x100m alternating one progressive one soft

· 10 × 400 / 1 'competition rhythm

· 10 'soft race

WEDNESDAY · 10 'warming up race

· 10 'technique

· 5x (1'z2 + 1'z4)

· 10 'race to release

THURSDAY Rest
FRIDAY 20 'soft activation race
SATURDAY ENJOY !!!
SUNDAY Rest
Career rhythms · Z1 = very soft (warm up / release)

· Z2 = soft / comfortable (eg: rhythm of technique)

· Z3 = medium / moderate ("it's biting but I'm holding it")

· Z4 = strong / intense («I am suffering»)

· Z5 = very intense / maximum («I can not even speak»)

· Rhythm compe = rhythm that you will take on the day of the competition
