North South Skechers Training: 6 Week

We continue with the sixth and final week of the training plan for the Madrid Norte Sur by Skechers

We finished this week with the training plan of 6 weeks to prepare the mythical duel Madrid North South by Skechers!

FRIDAY 20 'soft activation race
SATURDAY ENJOY !!!
SUNDAY Rest
Career rhythms Z1 = very soft (heat / release)

Z2 = soft / comfortable (e.g .: technique rhythm)

z3=medium/moderate (“it stings but I can hold on”)

z4 = strong/intense (“I am suffering”)

z5= very intense/maximum (“I can't even talk”)

Compe rhythm = rhythm that you will carry on the day of the competition
