To get this free guide, just send an email to marketing.spain@djoglobal.com with the request and thus get the training plans: Sprint or Olympic, Half - Ironman 70.3 or Ironman.

The plans included in the guide, which incorporate sessions with Compex, have been designed for 10,12 and 16 training weeks, respectively.

The prerequisite to start with these plans is a good physical condition and have carried a regular physical activity during the month prior to the start of the same.

It is also recommended to have completed sprint and Olympic distance triathlons before starting to prepare medium and long distance triathlons.

For triathletes who have never used electrostimulation, including training sessions, it is advisable to do an initiation-adaptation period of 2-3 weeks before starting training planning.
