Published the training and nutrition manual "Train yourself"

20 years of articles and experiences in a single manual over 1.000 pages to improve sports performance

Our collaborator Miguel Ángel Rabanal just wrote a Training and nutrition manualn that collects some of his knowledge as a coach through hundreds of articles and exclusive files that he has carefully compiled over the last 20 years.

According to the author's words: "It has taken me 20 years to write and compile all the information in this manual. With it you will discover how to train and eat intelligently, obtaining the maximum performance with the minimum effort"

The manual offers lovers of running and other sports in the background, to have the option of being their own coaches, through a compendium of 1.000 over pages with quality information in a fully digital format.

In principle, it is not going to publish a printed format, because it does not want to be read as a traditional book, but pretends to be a "knowledge book"To consult only when needed, without the need to read in a timely manner.

It is perfectly organized and structured in 8 blocks, 42 sections and 222 themes that include a lot of information that will cover the expectations of any asphalt, trail and triathlon runner.

Taking a look through the work we can find very different aspects such as theory y sports training planning; important plots like technique, series, breathing, Stretching, abdominal, the tests ...; plans according to the modality practiced (asphalt, trail and triathlon), the distance-objective, and the level (initiation or expert); routines, sessions and circuits, to work in a varied way, relevant aspects of the different physical qualities; how to prevent and cure injuries; feeding guidelines and supplementation with exclusive diets to increase performance and lose weight, among many other benefits and interesting aspects.

Rabanal also emphasizes that, despite the striking title, the work is not intended to replace the work of a personal trainer, but is a rigorous manual for athletes in the background who want to clarify all their doubts through the knowledge of a professional coach duly trained and experienced in the sector, because the information that moves in the networks and the Internet is not always accurate and often is counterproductive.
