Medium Distance Triathlon Training Plan with COMPEX

To optimize your workouts and recoveries, Compex has different programs that will help you, and to be able to successfully integrate electrostimulation into your routine

In this planning you will find swimming, cycling and running training, including distances and times. The intensity of the work will depend on your level.

If you are very motivated, you can add core stabilization sessions. We recommend 3 weekly sessions depending on the level.
