They give us some advice so that the training sessions are not so boring
The double Olympic champion Alistair and his brother Jonathan have published on their social networks some tips so that swimming sessions are not so boring in the pool.
Alistair, although he no longer competes in the WTS, has been one of the best swimmers always coming out in the top positions, giving him the opportunity to cut the competition, with his peculiar style in the WTS races.
The brothers will join their swim coach Coz in an upcoming video and show us some more technical exercises to improve swimming. For now, in this video they give us simple tips to enjoy time in the pool.
