Advantages and disadvantages of training early in the day

If by chance or for work reasons, because you prefer to get up early for your session or simply because you like to train more in the early hours, you should know that training in the evening has more advantages than disadvantages. That is why we are going to list the pros and cons. But from now on we tell you that there are more benefits than harm. 

Advantages

The first and most important if it is possible is that you will take more advantage of the day, since early to go out to do your session you will have more time for other things. This "early start" will also help you not to train in too much heat because at that time the thermometer marks a very pleasant temperature for running in spring or summer, and in autumn or winter things change.

It may seem a paradox, but most of the races are early, so if we train in the evening hours our body will be more adapted to the races than if it were trained in the afternoon. So we will get an improvement when competing. 

Training in the early hours will allow us to perform more complete trainings, since we can do the training in the morning, perform some stretching and go to work. But the good thing is that if in the afternoon we have time, or in the morning whenever we do not work or enter the afternoon shift to work, you can perform a session of strength or dynamic streching, completing a great workout. 

Regarding muscle level, I notice it quite the days that I train in the afternoon, we will always be better prepared muscularly in the morning, since we just got up and our muscles will be less loaded, than if we performed the session in the afternoon after from work. 

And another benefit, this for the job, will be that we will arrive more relaxed and relaxed to our workday if we carry out our training session in the morning before going to work. 

But as I said also has some problem, few but have them. 

Drawbacks

If we are in the autumn or winter seasons we will have the inconvenience of the temperature, which will be lower, since at that time the temperatures are lower. 

The day we can do something long if we have given a good tute, since after training and the workday fatigue will be greater and muscle fatigue will appear before training if you come home and rest. 

And another drawback is that usually it is that you train alone because not everyone can get up early to train for different circumstances, unless it is a weekend and organize a meeting to join a few and enjoy a joint training.
