In this video Israel does not give guidelines to follow in order to execute the session correctly
This is the session:
- 10 ′ warm up doing: 3'30 ″ »50% ftp (rpe 4-5) - high rate + 30 ″ 90% - ftp
- 5 ′ to 70% ftp high rate.
- 7 x (3 ′ 80% ftp (rpe 6-7) + 1 ′ 100% ftp (rpe 8) + 2 ′ 70% ftp (rpe 5-6))
- 10 ′ lower intensity little by little Rpe (4-5)
