The British are still in the lead pulling hard and thinking about fighting for gold ..

Step by 1º round Alistair, Jonathan 3º Vicent to 6 seconds, Mario Mola 1: 27 to the head of the race

The Brownlee brothers go ahead leaving Vicent Luis behind.

. @ mariomola is the best runner in the world, has been marking the best partials on foot for a year and a half. It is the only sub29 ′ in a WTS

Alistair Brownlee, Jonathan Brownlee and Vicent Luis go for the medals

In the Olympics @AliBrownleetri he made the best time in the foot race in a Olympics 29: 07 ... But in 2016 he has not yet come down from 31: 00

Already in carrrera, Los Brownlee and Vicent Luis running in front, the group of Mola arrives with 1: 24

About to get to the t2 the head group with Alistair pulling in head

Very important to enter well placed to the T2 and not waste time. Several WTS have been decided on in the second transition

Last turn, difference with the group of Mario Mola to 1: 14

Fall in the group ..

There are 2 returns, the difference is now in 1: 17

The advantage is set to 1: 18

There are 3 laps to get off the bike and from behind do not collaborate

In the second group the triatelles are not joining to hunt the leaders.

The difference increases to 1: 13 regarding the head group with the Mola group

The difference is maintained in one minute with respect to the head group

The groups of Mola and Alarza and Chente join, now to shoot for the Brownlees

The Brownlees giving their all on the bike to leave Mola behind... But will it be enough if they wear out a lot? now the difference 45”

Race situation, 1º group of the Bronwlee, 2º group Mario Mola, 3º group With Fernando Alarza and Chente

I go through the 2nd cycling lap: 32 seconds difference from the Brownlee group and Mario's @mariomola from behind another group with @Fernando_Alarza and @VicenteHdezC

The Brownlee keep pulling hard and keep the advantage of 20 seconds over the 2º group.

Last year in the pre-Olympic test @Jgomeznoya did the best partial cyclist with 57: 30

The Rio cycling circuit combines hard areas, technical downhill areas and flat areas. Here our analysis: https://www.triatlonnoticias.com/noticias-triatlon/analisis-circuito-olimpico-rio-2016

Mario Mola in the second group to 24 seconds we go!

The leading group with the Brownlee is pulling hard and is opening a gap,

The brownlee pulling strong in the head group of 8 units. in the first round, we will have to wait for the groups to form

#triatlon @mariomola leaves at 21 seconds @Fernando_Alarza 47 and @VicenteHdezC at 52 seconds vamoooss !!

@mariomola has won 4 WTS Olympic distance and his best swimming was in Chicago'15 where he only lost 7 ″ with @Varga_triathlon

1500m favorite times in 2015 @vicentluistri 17: 53 @AliBrownleetri to 5 ″ @Fernando_Alarza to 34 ″ @mariomola to 37 ″ @RD_murray to 43 ″

The group is very uptight, with Varga in the lead followed by the Polyanksiy brothers closely.

Last year in the Rio test @ H_Schoeman was the best swimmer, he marked 17: 47 in the 1500m

Richard Varga is the best ITU swimmer, in # Londres2012 he did the 1500m in 16:56, the only triathlete under 17 ′ in swimming in the Olympic Games #triathlon

16: 07 They pass through the 1º buoy, a group is formed with varga in the head, with the brownlee behind

16: 01 They're coming out. We are triarmada!

They swim without neoprene, so good swimmers are going to have an advantage

The music is already playing ...

Swimming will be played in a single round.

They are already on call camera ...

15 minutes to start the test ..

These are the circuits where the triathletes will compete

In 2012 there was a great battle between the Brownlee brothers and Javier Gómez Noya, ending with the mythical photo of Alistair (gold) and Javi (silver) shaking hands from the ground. Unfortunately Javi will not be in Rio, but Spain's options for the medals are intact thanks to Mario Mola, Fernando Alarza and Vicente Hernández
