It is clear that it is difficult, every time there are more cyclists but for each there are many cars and some do not respect that meter and a half and the cyclist for them is simply in most cases a hindrance.

10 months ago we all learned of the serious accident of a triathlete we know since childhood, we have seen her compete forever ... and we admire her class, her friendliness, for the daily work she does to be up and be the best , but also for being a close person, educated and without any negative moves, she shows positivity.

I remember last summer at the Palmaces triathlon that came to see the test with his boy "Gus" and we ate at the mayor's house on the day of the test since Modesto invites his friends and we were lucky to be among them. There Aida told me about her accident, her operation at the hands of her trusted doctor, the triathlete Luisa Ibañez, of the desire she had to return and above all I could see that positive spirit she always has, despite the pain. In Palmaces I think he suffered more for not being able to compete than for the discomfort of pain he still had.

Little by little he was recovering, we followed him on his Facebook and we could see how he started training and competing again. The April 18 again won an elite event, won at the Elche-Arenales Triathlon, a long season was ahead and it was clear that she did not want to pass it in white like the previous one.

 

 

But again the bad luck for Aida, another driver who makes an unexpected maneuver sends Aida back to the hospital and of course with that fracture with displacement in the clavicle back to the operating room.

Now you just have to wait and have PATIENCE (magic word) and once again demonstrate the sports and personal class of the Galician.

Aida we want to see you soon, we are waiting to see you again in a competition and we do not want to see you more times in the hospital.
