Valencia Triathlon Gran Premio Ibercaja adds efforts against cancer together with the Sandra Ibarra Foundation, through the Women's Triathlon

Valencia Triathlon Gran Premio Ibercaja and the Sandra Ibarra Foundation join forces in the Women's Triathlon of the Valencian capital. The event, which will bring together more than 400 women the next September 8, takes on this occasion a social cause of the first order such as solidarity against cancer.

The organization of Valencia Triathlon will support the work of the entity, both economically and in the promotion of the project. On this occasion, 2 € will be donated from each registration to the Foundation.

Solidarity against cancer

Founded in 2008, the foundation was created by Sandra Ibarra, who has experienced the disease as a patient first and, later, as a committed activist. Today, the entity aims to raise funds to provide the FSI Research Fellowships and promote cancer prevention campaigns through the Corporate Social Responsibility policies of companies and the organization of solidarity events that promote crowdfunding.
