Jan Frodeno launches the IRONMAN 'Beyond Finish Lines' series with Gordon Ramsay

Frodeno goes into storytelling with IRONMAN

Jan Frodeno, triple world champion HOMBRE DE HIERRO and Olympic gold, takes a different step outside of competition with the release of Beyond Finish Lines, a six-episode docuseries produced by IRONMAN Productions.

The program, available for free on the IRONMAN YouTube channel, combines endurance sports and up-close conversations with amateur triathletes that reflect Frodeno's own experiences.

Each episode features the German sharing workouts, coffee breaks, and reflections with triathletes who find a vital driving force in this sport, connecting his sporting legacy with the stories of those who compete out of pure passion.

Episode 1 with Gordon Ramsay

The premiere arrives with force: Finding Your Best Self, recorded in Luxembourg during the IRONMAN 70.3 where the British chef participated Gordon Ramsay.

Ramsay, who has achieved several Ironman and 70.3 finishes, reflects with Frodeno on how triathlon becomes a refuge from the pressure of his 95 restaurants, offering balance and moments of clarity.

Beyond the goal

"Beyond Finish Lines is about the moments that shape us: defeats, achievements, and what drives us forward."Says Frodeno, who claims to have been inspired by the passion of age-group triathletes.

The series, according to Julia Polloreno, Vice President of Content for The IRONMAN Group, seeks to showcase the personal transformation and community connection that defines the sport.

Key guests in upcoming episodes

After Ramsay, profiles such as Billy monger, a former pilot who challenged all limits in Kona despite being a double amputee, or Luke Hopkins, an amateur triathlete who dreams of making the leap to professionalism in Austin.

Each installment will offer a different journey, but always with the common denominator of resilience and overcoming difficulties.

How to follow the series

All chapters will be available for free on the YouTube channel of HOMBRE DE HIERRO, along with other productions such as AN IRON WILL o A Fighting Chance, which delve into the preparation of professionals for the IRONMAN Pro Series and the World Championships in Nice and Kona.
