THE BOE of Phase 1

The measures will be effective from Monday May 11 for much of the territory  

We leave you the Official State Gazette (BOE) that was published this past Saturday with the order regulating the relaxation of the measures to restrict movement and activities of the phase 1 of the de-escalation plan

These measures will be effective from Monday May 11 for much of the territory

The order affects the entire territory of Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria, the Basque Country, La Rioja, Navarra, Aragon, Extremadura and Murcia, as well as the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands, where all the islands are added to those that were already in phase 1 in both archipelagos, and the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla.

For their part, Madrid, Catalonia and Castilla y León, will continue in phase 0 or preparation, in which the Castilian provinces of Toledo, Ciudad Real and Albacete, the Andalusian provinces of Malaga and Granada and 14 of the 24 will also remain for the moment health departments of the Valencian Community.

What is allowed in Phase 1?

The order includes measures such as:

  • Meetings of up to 10 people inside or outside the home
  • Opening of bar terraces up to 50% of their capacity and of small shops without an appointment
  • Candles with a limited number of attendees or places of worship with a third of the faithful.
