Desafio Posadas Presentation, Spain Middle Distance Triathlon Championship
A small Cordovan town, posadasThis weekend, just over 7.000 inhabitants, becomes the epicenter of the national Triathlon, with the dispute that Championship of Spain of Average Distance. José Hidalgo (president of the Spanish Triathlon Federation): "My personal history in the world of triathlon is related to Posadas, because my first championship as an official was here and my first championship in Spain for autonomy, recently arrived at the presidency of the Federation, too. This is a test with which I began to discover triathlon. Few places can boast of having 25 consecutive editions. "
José María Merchán (president of the Andalusian Triathlon Federation): "Congratulations to Posadas, because bringing a Spanish Championship is a success. This great sports party will start on Saturday at 19h00 with the Sprint Caliphs of Iron in sprint distance. On Sunday, from the 8h00, it will be the Calima Desafío Posadas, which will depart from the Breña reservoir, where the swim segment will be developed, to link with Posadas.
