An 28 cyclist dies after colliding with a van in Lozoya

The Civil Guard investigates the causes of the accident

According to the EFE agency, a 28-year-old cyclist died yesterday after a frontal collision with a van at kilometer 10 of the M-637, in the municipality of Lozoya.

Emergency Sources Community of Madrid 112 have indicated to Efe that the warning has occurred at 12.43 hours for reasons that are unknown, and that Civil Guard is now investigating.

The accident site has moved an ICU of the Medical Emergency Service of Madrid (Summa), whose toilets have found the cyclist in cardiorespiratory arrest.

After carrying out the cardiopulmonary resuscitation maneuvers for 30 minutes, the doctors of the Summa have not been able to reverse the stop, for which they have certified his death.
