As reported by the newspaper Los Mossos d'Esquadra they have arrested the driver of the truck that hit yesterday mortally to a joven of 15 years when he was riding his bicycle on a local road in Roquetes (Tarragona), after the truck driver gave positive in drug control.

The accident occurred at 13.45 hours at noon when, for reasons that are investigated, the truck has run over the child fatally, who was riding a bicycle at the 25 kilometer point of the TV-3421, at the height of Roquetes.
