11 editions of the Lisbon Triathlon
Near 2.000 triathletes participated in the tenth edition
The next edition of Lisbon Triathlon the 7 of May of 2016 will be celebrated and will have tests in medium distance, Olympic, relay test for companies "Division Corportate" and a children's test
But this is not all, and that there are many more news that we want to tell you.
Change of route
For the edition of the 2016, we can find several improvements in the test such as changing the course of the race on foot, avoiding an area in poor condition next to the Vasco de Gama Tower
Great Opening Party
This year, instead of doing the ceremony after the race, he will go ahead, and all the participants in the race will be able to enjoy the 2 opening party days before the race at the Buffalo Grill restaurant near the exit.
Race Room
It is an area dedicated exclusively to spectators / family / friends who want to be in a "privileged" area and see everything that happens in the race where there will be a catering that will make waiting for yours more enjoyable (there is still a VIP area nearby goal for event sponsors and guests).
Secretary
It will be located next to the goal with the aim of being a single information center and official store of the event
Timing
There will be a new system of timing with several points of interest to follow the race
Signaling
Improvement of the signaling of the different areas
Indoor triathlon
Launch of a new indoor circuit of triathlon for gyms that will soon arrive in Spain, the United Kingdom and Brazil
Recovery area
Improvement of the recovery zone and the identification systems of the athletes for better control
The registration process is now open where the next 30 in September is the end of the reduced price term
