Less than 3 months for the average summer distance, the Calima Desafío Posadas.

This edition will count with even more magic, since it will coincide with the Andalusia Sprint Triathlon Championship.

The 21 of August of 2016 awaits you an unprecedented test, the V Calima Challenge Posadas. With 1900m of swimming, 90km of cycling and a half marathon to finish, the town of Posadas will once again take to the streets to make you fly to the finish line.

In addition, this year, it contemplates discounts for collective registrations, either by group of friends or by club, since an unparalleled feature of this triathlon is that groups of cohabitation are usually formed to attend our event. The sports center of Posadas offers its facilities the day before the competition so that its participants can spend the night and also all the participants have a free hydrate meal that same night. Therefore, accommodation and dinner are already covered in our event.

The Calima has a great list of organizations behind it, such as the Spanish Championship of Media Distancia in 2013 and the Andalusia Championship of Media Distancia in 2014. No doubt with these precedents the fun is assured, and your organization is more than recommended.

Also for this edition, training sessions will be held in the previous weeks to recognize their routes and be able to swim in the enchanting Pantano de la Breña, so save these days in your training calendar to enjoy once again the wonder of these places. We will inform in advance in our media of the accuracy of these meetings.

Also for this edition, the Sprint test will begin at 10h. Championship of Andalusia of the distance, under a distance of 750m of swimming, 20km of cycling and culminating with 5km of race on foot. It will be the fourth round of the Andalusian triathlon circuit, and this will be more than a good reason to meet the best Andalusian and national triathletes to look for in Posadas, as it usually has, great quality and rivalry among athletes. Two distances joined in a single day to accommodate everyone.
