The Santander Triathlon Series lives a great day of popular triathlon in Castellón

Third day of the circuit Santander Triathlon Series, this time in El Grao de Castellón, where more than a thousand athletes have gathered to enjoy a morning of popular triathlon.

Although Sunday dawned with the sky covered, the sun broke through to witness the fifth edition of the now classic Triathlon Castellón. After a harder swim than expected by the waves, cycling and the race on foot, in a very fast circuit, completely flat and wide, it became a party where the triathletes had the support of the public to the same finish line .

Behind, José Luis García (1: 51: 36) and Juan Carlos Azorín (1: 52: 41). In the female category, triumph for María Gabriela Pintos in 2: 07: 21. Second, Ana Soler (2: 10: 11) and third, Nuria Florencio (2: 11: 07).

Jan Misse Xandri (0: 57: 17) and Sonia Ruíz (1: 07: 58) were the best in the Sprint, while Miguel Fuentes (0: 32: 31) won in the Supersprint and Elena Trilles (0: 40: 07) in the Triathlon for Us.
