5 medals for Spain in the Paratriathlon World Championship

Spain has achieved 1 silver and 4 bronzes in the Paratriathlon World Championship

 

 

This weekend Rotterdam has hosted the Paratriathlon World Championship where a total of 10 representatives departed from Spain in search of achieving the medal in this test that has had a distance in Sprint distance with 750 meters of swimming, to continue with 3 turns to a route of 20 km and finish with 5 km of race on foot in the adjoining streets of Veerhaven

5 have been the medalists in this test.

In PT3 category, Alejandro Sánchez y Dani Molina they were made with silver and bronze respectively.

In PT4 and PT5 Jairo Ruiz y Héctor Catalá they achieved the bronze

Meanwhile Eva del Moral He made an excellent performance also achieving bronze in his PT1 category.

These were the statements of Dani Molina, two-time Acuatlon World Champion and once Paratriathlon World Champion, upon arrival at the finish line.

"It has been a tough year and the situation to be here on the starting line has not been easy at all." "The level was very high, integrating amputees of arms and legs in the same category and being the only person with only one leg in the test that initially put me at a disadvantage over the competitors for the cycling and running segment. However, Dani Rodríguez from Personal Running and my coach from this year, at the starting line, transmitted his words of confidence to me in order to achieve our goal, and this has been the case"
