Aida Valiño returns to the competition in the Pálmaces Triathlon

"I love that triathlon and it's time to start getting some rhythm and trying to compete. No to the 100% but with desire. "

Aida Valiño suffered a accident on April 27, from which she has already recovered, so she wants to return to competition. The test that she has chosen has been the Pálmaces triathlon that will be held on July 25. This competition is held over a distance of 1,8 km swimming, 60 km cycling and 12 km running.

The Galician triathlete, who already had another accident the 2014, reappeared this year in the Elche triathlon where he got the victory.

We asked Aida about his participation in the test: "Well yes I have encouraged. I love that triathlon and it's time to start getting some rhythm and trying to compete. Not the 100% but with desire. I had a somewhat stressed month of June to finish the exams on the 6 day in July and it was worth studying! But now to train hard for what lies ahead! "

From Triathlon News we are glad of his return to the competition and we wish him luck in the race.
