Final season calendar for the best Spanish MD and LD

We have asked the best Spanish triathletes in medium and long distance for their next goals

The triathlon season is reaching its final months of competitions, after the month of August where there are usually few exceptions except in September, the last third of triathlons and the last goals for the big ones (1) of the Spanish medium and long distance start . We have contacted them to tell us their plans at this end of the season.

Aída Valiño (1ª Elche)

I will dispute Guadalajara next Saturday and I wanted to try to prepare the Cto. of Spain of LD in Ibiza although the distance imposes me a lot of respect. I also want to look for another half in September or early October but I'm still watching.

Aida Valiño

Sara Loehr (1ª Ct. Esp. MD Valencia113, 2ª Elche, 2ª Zarauzt, 3ª Salou)

This weekend I will play the Cto. of Spain of Olympic in Altafulla, later I want to run some half distance in September but I have not decided which one and we will finish the year in October, running the Half Challenge of Paguera in Mallorca.

Sara Loehr

Gurutze Frades (1ª Zarautz, 1ª Bilbao, 4ª World LD ITU, 4ª Elche)

Guru disputes this weekend the IM Vichy in France, as he told us a few weeks ago.

Gurutze Frades

Eva Ledesma (5ª Elche)

He told us that he has finished his 2015 season and will not play any triathlon in the remainder of the year.

Eva Ledesma

Judith Corachán (2ª Zarautz, 2ª Bilbao)

Judith has just won a historic 3 position at the 70.3 IM in Budapest a few days ago. Later he will play the Half of Berga in September and will close the season in the Cto de España de LD in Ibiza

Judith Corachan

Ana Rovira (5ª IM Nice, 4ª Bilbao)

My next goal is the IM Vichy this Sunday 30 August and then, if everything goes well, I will dispute the IM of Barcelona at home.

Anna Rovira

Aintzane Argaiz (5ª Bilbao)

In principle the idea was to make Islas Cíes at the end of September and Half Challenge Paguera or Half Marina d'Or at the end of October. At the moment I have an Achilles tendon injury and by September I see myself a bit fair to run without pain, but if the recovery is on track I will run one of the two that I mentioned in October, if I do not recover in time it would be hanging until next season.

Aintzane Argaiz

Marina Damlaimcourt (1ª Challenge Salou, 5ª Zarautz)

Marina disputed last weekend the Half Challenge Walchsee-Kaiserwinkl in Austria, obtaining the 5ª position.

"My calendar after having done the Challenge in Austria is to run the 70.3 in Lanzarote and the Challenge in Paguera. Between these races I am committed to running the last 2 Grand Prix rounds with the French team.
After Paguera, depending on how I recover, since it is practically my first year training seriously for this distance ..., I intend to extend a bit and take advantage of it to run some more, in order to gain experience above all for the next season ... or, close the year in Mallorca, rest, and start next year in the first tests of the season "

Marina Damlaimcourt

Dolça Ollé (5ª Zarautz)

This next Sunday I will play the Cto. of Spain of olympic, later the League of Clubs, the IM 70.3 of Lanzarote and although I am not yet registered, I will surely finish the season in the Challenge Paguera de Mallorca in October.

Doca Olle

Anna Noguera (2ª Cto. Esp. MD Valencia113)

I have been standing for a few weeks since the Esp de Valencia Championship due to an injury, so I still do not have a clear calendar until the end of the year, it will be according to the evolution of the injury. I would have liked to run Guadalajara, the Sailfish of Berga, the Natureman in France and finish with the C. Esp. LD in Ibiza but at the moment I am not in conditions.

Anna Noguera

Mabel Gallardo (3ª Cto. Esp. MD Valencia113)

I will dispute the Cto. of Spain from Olympic distance, the league of clubs and finally the IM of Hawaii (as ggee)

Mabel Gallardo

Ivet Farriols (4ª Cto. Esp. MD Valencia113)

I will compete this weekend at the Cto. of Spain of olympic in Altafulla and we will close the season in Ibiza in the Cto. of Spain of LD

Ivet Farriols

Natalia Raña (5ª Cto. Esp. MD Valencia113)

I will participate this weekend in the Spanish Triathlon Championship in Altafulla and if I extend the season (you never know that I am very easy to convince) I will still end up in the Spanish LD Championship in Ibiza

Natalia Raña

Saleta Castro (7ª IM Lanzarote)

A few weeks ago we spoke with her and she confirmed that she will compete with the IM 70.3 of Lanzarote and will close the season at the end of the year at IM Cozumel in Mexico

Saleta Castro
