From January 10 to 19, the 3 2018TS Triathlon Campus will be held on the island of Fuerteventura, directed by Ciro Tobar, Iván Álvarez, twice Champion of the Vitoria Triathlon and 5 times participant in IMKONA and Aintzane Argaiz, winner of the Half de Logroño 2017 triathlete. 

The Campus

  • Accommodation at the 4 * Oasis Papagayo Sport & Family on a Full Board basis. (double room)
  • Access to the 50m heated pool and the gym. 
  • 226ers refreshments.
  • Transfer from the airport to the hotel and vice versa
  • Detailed information dossier of the activities to be carried out in each session and the routes to be carried out at each exit.
  • 4 Guides for bike routes.
  • Tracks of all routes to download to GPS.
  • All the trainings and sessions directed by Ciro Tobar and Iván Alvarez.
  • We adapt the training according to your needs.
  • Welcome pack with gifts from our collaborators.
  • Final draw of material from our collaborating brands. 
  • Every evening after dinner, talks will be held on training, technique and viewing videos of the participants.

Miércoles 10

PM: 50-60'cc walking race per track, joint mobility + core + flexibility.

Thursday 11

AM: 2h bike, extensive aerobic relay technique 
PM: Swimming 2500-3500
Contrasts + Force specified

Friday 12

AM: 2-3h bike, Specific strength strength
PM: 60-70 'race on foot' work different rhythms + flex

Saturday 13

AM: Swimming 3000-3500m
Cross training of death ???? (dry wet)
PM: Running on foot, technique, basic exercises and corrections. + Strength in Gim

Sunday 14th

AM: 3-4h bike, extensive aerobic 
PM: Technical swimming 1500-2000m

Moons 15

AM: Active rec, open water skills
Optional alternative sport
PM: Route shops and bars in Corralejo + Night in the Bowling

Tuesday 16

AM: Aerobic bike and Max. + 3 × 8 'walk-to-run transition
PM: Gym Circuit TRX or similar. + optional extra session

Miércoles 17
AM: Swimming 3000-4000m 
Specific force.
PM: Long run, 75-90'cc

Thursday 18
AM: Extensive aerobic long 4h bike
PM: Gym, Core and flex.

Swimming 1500-2000m 
fasting Technique and speed.
