Challenge Iceland, the MD triathlon in northern Europe

The Challenge family has announced its expansion to Icelandic land.  

El Challenge Iceland, Medium distance triathlon, will be held on July 23 in the impressive 'Bay of Whales' where athletes will swim 1,9 kilometers crystal glacial lake with the crystal clear waters from the melting of Ice Age glaciers, ago 10.000 years.

The cycling sector will consist of 90 kilometers crossing hills with small climbs rolling down the old main road, which is one of the most emblematic bicycle routes in Iceland, while a road with long hills will be the scene of the 21.1 km of the race to foot.

This triathlon promises to be a spectacle for lovers of triathlon and nature.
