The Malaga will seek today to revalidate his world title in Trialton Cros

Rubén Ruzafa, compete today in the Cros Triathlon World Championship where part with many options to revalidate the title achieved last year, for this reason we wanted to ask a few questions to know a little better and to tell us some curiosities.

This weekend you will compete in the Tri Cros World Championship, is it part of your preparation? Do you see yourself with options?

Yes, this championship is part of my preparation, as the second most important race after Maui. I think I have options to be among the first, I feel good.

• Who do you think the rivals are to watch?

It is difficult to elucidate but Conrad Stoltz, Ben Allen and Francisco Serrano can be tough opponents.

• You were concentrated in Sierra Nevada, could you tell us what kind of training you do in height?

There I tried to adapt to the altitude first and then more specific training, power cycling and fast series running and swimming.

• The hardest training you've done?

Well the worst is the accumulation of fatigue in the load week, which makes workouts that seem easy to be hard to meet. Of the hardest 6 thousands resting 1 min between 3: 15-3: 20.

• A tip to easily recover.

Eat something as soon as possible after training, cold water bath of 10 min, or contrasts, and if you can already opt for massage, a soft one will help you recover.

• Thanks to your work and successes, many people are getting to know the Cros Triathlon. What advice would you give to those who are just starting?

Both those who start as veterans who enjoy this sport and its nature.

There are no previous results.
