Dani Múgica and Matete Martínez win the TRIAROC

This weekend over 800 athletes have enjoyed triathlon in Manzanares el Real

 

 

The Regional Park of La Pedriza and the Santillana Reservoir have witnessed the spectacular third edition of the triathlon of Manzanares el Real, TRIAROC, which began on Saturday with the dispute of Olympic distance.

In the queen test, the one of the average distance (1,9-90-21) the madrileño Dani Múgica got the victory with a 3 time: 38: 30, followed by David Castro 3: 41: 26 and of Alejandro Santamaría (3: 42: 50) occupying the third final position.

In the female category, Matete Martínez has been proclaimed champion with a final time of 4: 25: 01, followed in second position by Eva Valero  (4:28:54) and by Olga Villanueva (4: 40: 15) occupying the third final position.

In the Olympic distance race held on Saturday the victory was for Iván Díaz y Rocio Chaves where more than 500 triathletes traveled the 1,5 km of swimming, 40 km of cycling to finish with 10 km of running on foot through this town in the mountains of Madrid.
