Fernando Alarza closes the season competing in the Dominican Republic

This November 29 Sunday will be held in Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic) for the first time an international top-level triathlon, with the participation of a large number of elite triathletes from different countries of America, as well as European representation (Spain and Russia).

 

 

In the male category, Fernando Alarza (5º of the world) will close the best year of his sports career, there he will be seen with the champion of the Pan-American games the Mexican Crisanto Gragales, the Olympian in London 12 Manuel Huerta (Puerto Rico) and the Russian Dimitry Polyansky. The a priori victory must be for one of the four.

In the feminine category the Brazilian one stands out Fernandes, the Mexican Anahi León and the Canadian Dominika Jamnicky, in addition to the local triathlete Raquel Torres.

The organization has done a great job to bring together this large number of international elite triathletes in Santo Domingo, in addition the prize pool amounts to 15000 dollars (About 14100 €).
