Tribute to Emilio Martín to repopulate Doñana

Emilio will participate in the race and activities and has wanted to join the dissemination of the test to achieve the widest possible dissemination of the solidarity objective especially necessary for the entire affected area: the repopulation of Doñana. 

The next September 23 will be held in Huelva the popular race Huelva Music Run Colors, sporting event for all the public that will share the stage with the second test of the Triathlon World Cup which is celebrated this year in Spain, to celebrate the 24 day.

The day before, in a popular and family event, there will be a tribute to the international duathlon champion Emilio Martín, as well as a collection of solidarity funds for the repopulation of Doñana.  

Huelva Music Run Colors was presented at the headquarters of the Diputación de Huelva with the presence and participation of the honoree in the race, Emilio Martín; the Deputy of Economy, Finance and Sports, Francisco Martínez Ayllón; María José Pulido, Councilor for Sports of the City of Huelva; Cinta Flores, president of UNIPO MAZAGÓN, environmental association that will receive and directly manage the donation for the repopulation of Doñana; and José María Vargas, for the organization of Huelva Music Run Colors.   

The race, with distances of 5 and 1 kilometers, activities of animation, gifts for all the participants, provisioning and all the complementary services for athletes, will be celebrated the 23 day of September to the 18 h. The registration for adults is 9 euros, with the possibility of discounting groups or teams of more than 4 people, and 2 euros of each registration will go to UNIPO MAZAGÓN to repopulate the most affected areas in Doñana for the last and catastrophic fires that have occurred and suffered in the area.  

In addition, the intention of the organization and partners, is to put a luxury framework in the preview of the Triathlon World Cup hosted by Huelva, to honor with the largest popular participation in the same circuit of the international event one of the Huelva athletes most outstanding, ducat Emilio Martín, two-time world champion, European champion and several times champion of Spain.
