You can now sign up for the XXVIII TRIATHLON SPRINT CALIFAS DE HIERRO.

The sprint distance triathlon has a quota of 450 participants. Remember, that the inscriptions of V Calima, medium distance, are also already open.

On Sunday 21 in August, Posadas will once again host the Andalusian triathlon, celebrating its streets on this occasionl Andalucian Sprint Championship. Test and unique distances that will pick up the best Andalusian triathletes, and at the same time the best in the national panorama since our community has a large number of national triathletes.

At the 8h30 the middle distance test will begin. Under the distances of 1900m of swimming, 90km of cycling and 21km of running, this is the fifth edition of Calima Desafío Posadas.

Afterwards, the 10h will begin the Sprint race, under a distance of 750m of swimming, 20km of cycling and culminating with 5km of running race. It will be the fourth round of the Andalusian triathlon circuit.

All this in the wonderful environment of the Breña de La Breña, being its cycling on the roads of Palma del Río, Hornachuelos and Posadas.

One more year, and during the last five editions, we will find two tests coexisting in a perfect symbiosis to give Posadas more enjoyment even if it fits. Since if you are in Posadas, you will have the first course of the Andalusian sprint champions covering their last meters of glory, and only a few minutes later will begin to release their bicycles the first classified of the Calima to travel nothing more and nothing less 20km of running, after more than 2h of competition.

Posadas will take everything out of itself, as it is customary, to make you fly to the finish line.

It will be a very affordable triathlon for the uninitiated, and also focused on promote tourism the town of Posadas and its nearest towns, seeing itself impacted thanks to our sport, the hotels and bars closest to the area.
