The first four come down from the 8 hours in the ironman of Brazil

Marino Vanhoeknacker and Ariane Monticeli who comes down from 9 o'clock take the victory.

 

Yesterday the first edition of the IRONMAN Latin American Championship Brazil was held in Florianopolis  where the professionals have flown, getting the first four classified lower than the 8 hours.

the Belgian Marino Vanhoeknacker got the victory with a final time of 7: 53: 44, followed by the North American Timothy O'Donnel (7: 55: 56) and the Canadian Brent McMahon (7: 55: 56) who deputed the second place in a tight sprint.

In the female category, the Brazilian Ariane monticeli got the victory with a time of 8:59:08 followed by the North Americans Elizabeth Lyles (9: 00: 31) and of Amanda Stevens (9: 01: 27) occupying the third final position.
