"I want to go back to competitions. After recovering from the Ironman I am now in a period of much training, so I could not have very good feelings in Prague. But I want to make a good competition, I will go out as always to give everything. It will be very hot and there will be a good level of rivals, but what will be a great test to know my current state".

The triathlon will start at 16: 00 (same time in Prague as in Spain), with the Vltava river running through the city as the core of the competition.

The exit and the transition zones will be one of the islands of the river connected to both margins by the historic Bridge of the Legions. While the 21 kilometers of the third phase will be three laps crossing several times the Vltava by the classic bridges of the city.

Among the rivals stands out his friend and training partner, the also Galician Pablo Dapena (recent Long Distance World Champion of the International Federation in Denmark) in what is going to be, after many triathlons of other distances the first time they coincide in the half Ironman distance.
