The Olympic Games could have an Ironman test
The International Federation has announced that Tokyo could have an LD test.
After a few weeks ago, the ITU will comment on the possibility of doing a test by mixed relay, this week we learned that we also intend to include a triathlon test in LD format for the Olympic Games in Tokyo.
The test would consist of 3,8 km of swimming, 180 km of cycling and 42 km of running on foot and they intend to compete with the basic events of the Olympic Games such as the march, the marathon or the swims.
