The Lliga of Clubs Caixa Popular duathlon and triathlon in the Valencian Community starts
The first competition will be held next Sunday in Almenara
La Lliga of Caixa Popular Clubs, which coordinates the Triathlon Federation of the Valencian Community and supports the Valencian financial entity, will have a new edition in 2017. In this league, more than 120 Triathlon clubs of the Valencian Community participate, consisting of 6 venues, 3 duathlons and 3 triathlons.
The Lliga de Caixa Popular Clubs will start with the Duathlon by teams Vila d'Almenara, which will be held next January 15 Sunday and organized by the Club Almenara Triatló.
The 29 of January and also in the duathlon mode, will take place the second test in Alzira with the Club Triatló Alzira as manager of its organization.
In March, the 26 day, it will be the turn of Duathlon of Alaquàs, with the Triculpelat Club as responsible for the event, this being the last duathlon to score for the league.
In April, it will be the triathlons' turn. The person in charge of opening the scoring tests for the Lliga de Caixa Popular 2017 Clubs, will be IX Playa de Gandia Triathlon, organized by the Club Prodesport Gandia, and to be held on 9 day.
El Cullera Triathlon, the 3 June day, will be responsible for the organization to the City Council of the town. And the last seat will be the Triathlon of Xàbia, which will be held on September 24, organized by Club Tri-llebeig, and which will close the Lliga de Caixa Popular 2017 Clubs.
At the end of the circuit, in Annual Gala of the Valencian Triathlon, will be delivered 4.000 euros, in metallic prizes to be distributed between the first 10 male clubs and the 10 female first prizes. In addition, trophies will be awarded to the 3 best clubs, both male and female.
The circuit throughout the season ensures that in each of the tests there is an average of 400 participants, reaching 700 in the team events.
Caixa Popular collaborates with the Triathlon Federation of the Valencian Community, in the organization of this Lliga de Clubs, with the aim of promoting the values entailed by the practice of sport, effort, improvement and teamwork.
