Rubén Ruzafa looks for his fourth consecutive victory at Xterra France

Rubén Ruzafa is the current leader of the European ranking and seeks to continue expanding his advantage.

One week after the celebration of XTERRA of Switzerland where Rubén Ruzafa he lost his unbeaten record in 2017 and "could only" be second, another of the great tests of the XTERRA EUROPEAN TOUR is held, XTERRA FRANCE  with 15.000 $ in prizes and one of the tests to which the Andalusian champion has more affection as he told us in an interview since he has won it in 3 occasions (2014, 2015, 2016)

This coming Saturday, July 3, in the small town of Xonrupt, in the French Vosges area, a new test of the XTERRA EUROPEAN TOUR will be held, which distributes $ 15.000 in prizes.

Swimming will take place in Longemer Lake, where the triathletes will cover 1500m, then the cycling circuit is 2 turns of 20km each, with a demanding climb of 4km at the beginning of each lap. In total the sector will have a difference of 1200m. To finish the race on foot around the lake of Longemer, 2 turns of 5km with 160m of slope per turn.

Swimming start Xterra France

On the starting line in addition to Rubén Ruzafa which part will be the American favorite Josiah Middaugh, Xterra World Champion in 2015, and the 5 top of the Xterra European Tour, Francois Carloni, Xavier Dafflon, Yeray Luxem, and Rui Dolores.
