Protocol for treatment:

Involves the musculature responsible for external rotation of the supraspinous and subscapular shoulder

Amiotrophy program: 2 to 4 weeks. 3 sessions per week

Next, Strengthening program: 2 to 4 weeks. 3 sessions per week.

Specific work on dorsal and pectoral

Placement of the electrodes:

Electrode placement Procotolo COMPEX rotator cuff

1) Pectoral and dorsal at the same time.

2) Place the electrodes of channels 1 and 2 on the large dorsal

Use 4 large electrodes placed three in the anterior, middle and posterior deltoid fascicles and the 4º placed on top of the trapezius (at 3 fingers of the acromion).

An electrode in the upper part of the trapezius and negative to the first electrode of the anterior bundle.
