Ricardo Abad completes his challenge to make consecutive 2 Ironman in the Club La Santa Ironman Lanzarote

Ricardo sprinted in the last kilometers to get off the 30 hours of competition

The ultrafondista began his challenge # 2imLanzaroteNonStop on Friday at the 4 in the afternoon with the aim of making the same route as that of the competition the next day.  Ricardo Abad, He completed the two consecutive Ironman Lanzarote with a time of 29: 59 sprinting in the last 5 km to get off the 30 hours of competition.

Ricardo comments on his social networks:

"Impressive, double Ironman surpassed in 29: 59, great sprint in the last five kilometers to get off 30 hours. I have had very hard and delicate moments that I have been able to overcome and recover from all the small crises.
Once again we have shown once again that with effort, sacrifice and perseverance, impossible barriers can be overcome."

Ricardo, who has already accustomed us to these challenges, will participate in the next Ultraman de Motril the 25 de Mayo.
