Rubén Ruzafa Xterra European Champion. Albert Soley fifth

The Malaga has achieved his tenth consecutive victory and sets course for the world.

Today has been played in England the XTERRA European Championship with the participation of the best triathletes in this specialty

In the starting list we could see Rubén Ruzafa, the current World Champion, and this year he has many options to get his fourth world title, last year's winner Stuart Conrad and 4 times Xterra World Champion, and Ben Allen, among others triathletes.

The first to emerge from the water were Richard Stannard followed closely by Ben Allen, Conrad Slotz, Ruben Ruzafa and Matt Dewis.

On the bike, Ben Allen started strong and was at the head of the race until Conrad Slotz and Rubén Ruzafa passed him. Finally Rubén reached T2 first with a few seconds ahead of Stoltz and about 2 minutes over Allen.

The race on foot was very disputed where Rubén Ruzafa got a few seconds of advantage over Conrad Slotz that helped him achieve victory and proclaim himself European Champion XTERRA. The third classified was Ben Allen, and Spanish Albert Soley It was fifth.

With this title Rubén Ruzafa already puts his objective in the next XTERRA World Championship which will be held in Maui (Hawaii) on November 1, 2015.
