Next Saturday 26 the Italian town of Sardinia will host the Cros Triathlon World Championship, where the 3 times XTERRA World Champion Rubén Ruzafa,, will try revalidate the title achieved last year and continue to search for the best form point to compete in the XTERRA World Championship in Maui (Hawaii) next November.
The test consists of swimming 1,5 kilometers, complete a hard and technical circuit 31 kilometers and 9,6 kilometers end of trail running.
