In the absence of official confirmation, the Spanish triathletes and duathletes pre-registered in the Pecticton Multideporte World Championships in Canada are already known.

The Canadian city of Pecticton will host the first edition of the Multisport World between the 18 and 27 of August. Pecticton is one of the historic triathlon cities, where the oldest Ironman distance triathlon in America is contested from 1983, one of the oldest in the world, second only to the now Almere Challenge (1981) and the Hawaii World Championship (1978 ).

The ITU wanted to bring together several disciplines of triathlon in the same event, so from the 18 to the 27 of August, the World Cups will be played Aquathlon, Duathlon, Cros Triathlon, LD Triathlon y Aquabike, this one only in GGEE.
