From Triathlon News, and thanks to the collaboration agreement that we maintain with Healthing, we want to invite you to participate in the Draw for a stress test with gas analysis, valued at €95 and carried out by qualified doctors specialized in sports medicine, and as if that were not enough, the winner will be offered a session of VacuSport, valued at 50 €, free of charge and after the stress test.

La Stress test with gas analysis is a diagnostic exploration that values ​​the response of the body in the different phases of the exerciseor, from rest to maximum effort, maintaining a cardiological and ventilatory monitoring throughout the process, which thanks to its mask allows to measure in each breath the Oxygen exchange and CO2, so that when you reach the maximum effort, you can measure the maximum oxygen consumption or VO2.

In addition this test offers the Aerobic and anaerobic thresholds, that delimit the different types of training and allows the improvement of the rhythms in training and competition
