Trailer of 100 meters, the new film about the triathlon of Dani Rovira

RTVE.es premieres the trailer of 100 meters, the new film by Dani Rovira, a true story of overcoming in which he plays Ramón Arroyo, diagnosed with multiple sclerosis

 

The film, which has the participation of RTVE, opens next November 4. Directed by Marcel Barrena, will accompany the actor from Malaga in his most dramatic role so far Karra Elejalde, Alexandra Jiménez and Maria de Medeiros.

100 meters is based on the true story of Ramón Arroyo, who one day is diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and is told that soon he will not be able to walk 100 meters, although thanks to his determination and self-improvement a few months later he will compete in an Ironman, the most demanding triathlon, one of the toughest sporting events on the planet.RTVE.es premieres the trailer of '100 metros', with Dani Rovira

Synopsis:

Ramón (Dani Rovira), father of a family, lives for work until his body begins to fail. Diagnosed multiple sclerosis, all the forecasts seem to indicate that in a year will not be able to walk nor 100 meters. Ramón decides to face life by participating in the toughest sports event on the planet.

With the help of his wife (Alexandra Jiménez) and the grumpy one of his father-in-law (Karra Elejalde), Ramón initiates a peculiar training in which he will fight against his limitations, demonstrating to the world that surrendering is never an option.
