Three Spaniards will dispute the Ultraman of Hawaii

The next 24, 25 and 26 November days will be held a new edition of Hawaii Ultraman, one of the ultra-deep triathlon queen trials.

The first edition of Ultraman from Hawaii it was played in 1983. The proof It consists of three stages, the first is divided into two parts, 10km of swimming in the Pacific Ocean followed by 145km of ciclismor (without drafting). The second day the athletes go 273,5 km of cycling, also without drafting and the competition ends the third day with a double marathon, 84,4 km.

El record of the test has it Holger Spiegel who in 1998 took 21hours 41 minutes and 22 seconds in completing the 515km of Hawaii Ultraman. As for women, Amber Monforte took 24 hours 7 minutes and 11 seconds in 2010.

Three are the Spaniards who will compete in this edition of the Ultraman of Hawaii 2017:
