Portocolom Triathlon 2016 continues betting on children's sports

200 children will participate in the TriKids Duathlon on the Saturday before the Triathlon of Portocolom 2016

Portocolom (Felanitx) will host during the weekend of 9 and 10 in April the triathlon party in Mallorca with the celebration of the TriKids Duathlon for boys and girls between 7 and 16 years on Saturday 9 in April as prior to the dispute on Sunday International Triathlon of Portocolom. The TriKids has been in recent years the duathlon for minors with greater participation in the Balearic Islands.

As a prelude to the Portocolom International Triathlon to be held on 10 Sunday in April, the V TriKids Duathlon for young people between 9 and 7 arrives on Saturday 16 in April.

During all that weekend Portocolom will be the nerve center of the Balearic base sport with the dispute of this hilarious competition organized by the triathlon school of the Club Triatló Portocolom in collaboration with the organization of the Triathlon of Portocolom (Kumulus). It will surpass the participation of these last years from the categories prebenjamín to cadets, and will be the appetizer to the spectacle of the majors of Sunday in the same scene.

Some of the professionals who will compete on Sunday will sponsor the test, help and encourage the kids. The TriKids Duathlon has the collaboration of the Balearic Federation of Triathlon and is expected to bring together 200 future triathletes.

The Portocolom International Triathlon, which will be held on 10 Sunday in April, will be one of the first triathlons of the season at 2016, after 18 editions and maintaining the attractive 55.5 and 111 formats (1 kilometer of swimming, 100 of cycling and 10 of foot race).
