Raul Amatriain and Nuria Rodriguez win the Aritzaleku Triathlon

Yesterday 6 was celebrated the XIII TRIATLON DE ARITZALEKU where in this edition had sprint and Olympic distances.

The day started at 8.30 am Olympic distance with a splendid day, where the two great favorites Raúl Amatriain y Nuria Rodríguez both of trikideak jump got the victory.

 The triathletes began to swim the 1.500 meters in the waters of the Alloz reservoir where there were no significant differences between the favorites. Once in the cycling sector a head-up duet composed of triathletes was formed Raúl Amatriain y Martin Iraizoz that little by little they were acquiring advantage over Fernando Zorrilla of the white stadium.

Once in the race on foot, both Martin and Raul imposed a rhythm of running on foot that allowed them to profit from their advantage and reach the last kilometer of the race together with Raul imposing his teammate Martin. The third position was for Fernando Zorrilla.

 In the women's test already from the first meter of swimming Nuria Rodríguez He showed his strength by leaving alone and completing the entire test without anyone being able to keep up.  Cintia Martínez I would do the same with a solid race entering runner-up of the Olympic triathlon and to complete the podium was the also Navarrese Mariola Urabayen of the urederra that would enter in third position.
