Salamanca will celebrate its mid-distance triathlon next June 18 2017

The next June 18 Salamanca will welcome your Half Distance Triathlon (1.9natación - 90ciclismo -21, 1 km of running race) that will only have 200 places available in this edition, also being held during the weekend an Olympic distance test and that will consist of 1,5 swimming to continue with 45 kms of cycling and finish with 10,5 running race (100 available places)
The test will also be supported by the Federation of Castilla y León de Triathlon and will have a circuit of 2 swimming laps, a cycling circuit in the vicinity of the beautiful city of Salamanca, to finish with 4 race laps on foot to a round trip circuit completely flat, by the banks of the River Tormes , crossing emblematic places such as the Roman Bridge and leaving the cathedrals only a few meters away.
This test in addition to having a reduced launch price for federated triathletes, being 75 euros for Media Distancia y 25 euros for Olympic Distance until the January 15, it will also have cash prizes, with 250 € for the first classified, 200 € for the second and 150 € for the third classified.
In the different categories Junior, Sub 23, Veterans I, Veterans II and Veterans II, both male and female, will be awarded the first 3, also having prizes and gifts for equipment formats and relays of medium distance and Olympic distance.
