UNIBIKE 2015, paradise for triathletes

The second edition of the show will be held from September 18 to 20 in Halls 12 and 14 of Feria de Madrid

One of the highlights will be the triathlon-cross to be held at the Casa de Campo on September 5, as well as the free talk of our collaborator COMPEX about the benefits of electrostimulation

The Triathlon Area, which this year incorporates UNIBIKE 2015, The International Bicycle Fair, is going to become a paradise for triathletes who can enjoy the best of running, cycling and swimming in the most technical and adapted to this sport. 

Sponsored by Mercedes Benz, this space of 2.000 square meters will allow to see and to prove the last novelties in the first person. In this way, UNIBIKE puts at the disposal of the visitors a current pool -Technojetswim- to give endless strokes thanks to its endless pool system, where to test wetsuits, shovels, tubas, fins, ... An athletics track of 40 meters to check the sensations with the different sneakers offered by brands, as well as treadmills to make longer shoots. And rollers Elite -Comet-, with the most advanced power meters, to pedal on the latest models of the most spectacular bikes.

Till the date have already confirmed their participation in the Triathlon Area over 30 recognized brands as COMPEX, Aquaman, Aquapac, Berria, BH, Cannondale, Canyon, Coreevo, Ergosport, Felt - Sponsor of the cycling sector - Finis, Jaime Llorente, Mako, New Balance, Nutrisport - Sponsor of the Sports Nutrition sector - On Running, Orbea, Orca - Sponsor of the Swimming sector-, Rotor, Run Academy ECI, Physiorelax, Pinarello, Sailfish, Scam Astur, Shimano, Skechers - Sponsor of the Running sector - Specialized, Soloride, Spiuk - Sponsor of the Textile sector - Triava. All of them will be available to visitors from wetsuits, hats, swimsuits, racing overalls, shovels, tubas, pullbuoys, bikes, clothes line, goggles, helmets, wheels, plates, watertight covers, sports creams, to nutrition advice and biomechanics.

But in addition, the dimension of the fair is not limited only to the enclosure so that to warm up engines before the celebration of UNIBIKE will take place a Triathlon in the Casa de Campo the 5 day of September (registration in www.xmountain.es).

To complete this exclusive area dedicated to triathlon, the Fair proposes some technical talks, like the one that will offer COMPEX which will talk about the benefits of electrostimulation for training, injury prevention and recovery, in addition to the talks given by other professionals such as Chema Martínez, Yago Mayor, Jaime Menéndez de Luarca and Mikel Zabala, who will discuss various topics from biomechanics on the bike, to running through the planning of training.

UNIBIKE 2015 will make available to visitors a free and guarded bicycle parking at the main door of the 12 pavilion. The contest will once again have a mixed character, opening its doors exclusively to professionals on Friday 18 in September, and to the general public at the weekend - 19 and 20 days. Organized by IFEMA and AMBE, and promoted by Last Lap and Expobike Solutions, UNIBIKE 2015, the International Bicycle Fair, will celebrate its second edition of the 18 at the 20 of September in the 12 and 14 pavilions of the Feria de Madrid.
